Artists: Matt Stamm
Matt Stamm was the first alternate for the NACA National Conference Club Stage this past year.
He is a singer-songwriter from Brooklyn whose young career is already on the fast track. His powerful piano-driven music combines sentimental tone, catchy melodies, and deep, meaningful lyrics. With influences ranging from The Beatles to Billy Joel, from Ben Folds to Radiohead, from Rod Stewart to Aretha Franklin, Matt's eclectic song catalog appeals to audiences of all ages.
Matt performs regularly at NYC venues such as The Bitter End, The Lion’s Den, and Makor, and his music has been featured on the ABC Family Show, "Switched".
Matt's new EP, "Where Do We Go", is due out May 2007. For this project Matt teamed up with A-List song writers Russ DeSalvo and Arnie Roman to create his best material yet. Produced by Russ DeSalvo, "Where Do We Go" is a whole new direction for Matt. |
